Guidelines for Authors

Authors are advised to go through the following instructions carefully before submitting their manuscript.

Submission of Manuscript

  • The manuscript must be the original work of the author(s).
  • Submit your file in Microsoft Word (.doc) format via email to:

Manuscript Preparation

  • Use A4 page size with standard margins and clear formatting.
  • The manuscript should include:
    • Cover Page
    • Preface (brief introduction of the book, including its scope and objectives)
    • Index Page
    • Chapters with figures, tables, and graphs (if any)
    • References
    • Appendix (if applicable)

Cover Page Details

The cover page should clearly mention:

  • Title of the Book
  • Author’s Name, Designation, and Affiliation
  • Email Address and Contact Number
  • Brief Author Profile

Authors must also submit a short bio along with a passport-size photograph, highlighting qualifications, achievements, and awards.

Figures, Graphs, and Tables

All visual elements (figures, graphs, tables) should be:

  • Numbered consecutively.
  • Provided with suitable captions and legends.
  • Placed appropriately within the manuscript text.

References

Ensure that all references are accurate and complete. Authors may use either Vancouver or Oxford citation style.

Publication Fee

  • Printed Book: ₹4,000/- (up to 200 pages)
  • E-Book Publication: ₹2,000/- only
  • This fee covers formatting, editing, and cover design.
  • Authors of printed books will receive 2 complimentary copies along with an ISBN number and publication certificate.

Royalty Policy

Authors are entitled to a lifetime royalty of 10% on the sale of each copy—applicable to both print and e-book versions.

Author-Publisher Agreement

Before final publication, authors must sign an agreement with the publisher confirming copyright ownership, distribution rights, and royalty terms.
